These Terms and Conditions govern the use of jurabzi.mediann.dev and purchases made from GRABZI through the website. By accessing the website, placing an order or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the GRABZI Policies published on the website.
The jurabzi.mediann.dev website and GRABZI business are operated under the GRABZI brand from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
You may use jurabzi.mediann.dev for lawful purposes, including browsing products and placing orders. GRABZI may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
GRABZI offers freshly prepared iced V60 coffee and cold beverages. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, ingredients, images and prices are accurate. Natural ingredients and preparation may cause appearance, colour, consistency and flavour to vary. Product photographs are illustrative and the actual product may differ slightly from images displayed on the website.
Customers are responsible for checking the selected product, size, ingredients, customization, add-ons and quantity before payment. An order is submitted once successful payment has been completed and the website confirms the order.
GRABZI may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including unavailable ingredients, obvious pricing errors, technical or payment errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil an order or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where GRABZI cancels an already-paid order and no product has been supplied, the applicable amount will be refunded.
All website prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes or mandatory charges will be disclosed before payment where required. Customers may pay using methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported methods. Payments are processed through Geidea and its applicable payment-processing partners. GRABZI does not directly store complete customer payment-card credentials.
Orders made through jurabzi.mediann.dev are currently offered for pickup from the GRABZI store. Preparation normally takes approximately 3–5 minutes and may take 7–10 minutes or longer during busy periods. These are estimates and may vary according to order size, customization, demand, ingredient preparation, equipment availability and operational circumstances.
GRABZI products are perishable and prepared specifically for the customer. Because preparation may begin immediately after payment, successfully confirmed orders cannot normally be cancelled once submitted. Where GRABZI is contacted immediately and preparation has not yet begun, we may attempt to amend or cancel an order where operationally possible, but cannot guarantee that cancellation will be available. Mandatory UAE consumer rights are not affected.
Inspect your order upon collection. If a product is incorrect, damaged, materially different from the order or has a genuine preparation or quality issue, notify GRABZI immediately. Where appropriate, GRABZI will first offer to remake or replace the relevant product. If a satisfactory replacement cannot reasonably be provided, GRABZI may provide a full or partial refund. Refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method; timing depends on the relevant provider, issuer and/or bank.
GRABZI beverages are freshly prepared and intended for prompt consumption. Once a correctly prepared order has been collected, GRABZI cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by delayed consumption, inappropriate storage, exposure to heat, customer handling after pickup or other conditions arising after handover. This does not exclude responsibility for an issue that existed at the time the product was supplied.
Customers are responsible for considering allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements before ordering. Products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, protein products, collagen, fruits, vegetables, seeds, honey and other ingredients. Products are prepared in a shared environment and GRABZI cannot guarantee a product is completely free from traces of a particular allergen. Customers with serious allergies should notify staff before ordering or consuming a product.
GRABZI product names and descriptions communicate the flavour, ingredients and style of each beverage and are provided for general product information. GRABZI beverages are food and drink products, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease or a medical condition. No website information is individual medical treatment or a guarantee of a health result.
Fresh ingredients may become unavailable or vary by season and supply. GRABZI may modify product availability or remove an unavailable ingredient or product. A material substitution affecting an existing paid order will not be made without offering a reasonable alternative or other appropriate solution.
GRABZI aims to keep jurabzi.mediann.dev operational and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, internet or hosting issues, payment-provider interruptions, technical failures, cybersecurity measures or circumstances outside GRABZI’s reasonable control. Where a technical problem results in an incorrect payment or order status, GRABZI will take reasonable steps to investigate and correct it.
The GRABZI name, branding, logo, website design, product names, photographs, graphics, text and other original website content are owned by or used with authorization by GRABZI and/or GRABZI, unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited or distributed without prior authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
Personal information collected through jurabzi.mediann.dev is handled in accordance with the GRABZI Privacy Policy and applicable UAE requirements. By providing information necessary to place an order, customers acknowledge it may be processed to fulfil an order, process payment, provide support and carry out the other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GRABZI will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such losses were not caused by GRABZI’s breach of an applicable legal obligation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UAE law.
GRABZI will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation resulting from circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including major technical outages, power failures, government restrictions, emergencies, natural events or disruption to essential suppliers or payment services. Where possible, GRABZI will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect on customers.
Questions, complaints or issues relating to an order may be submitted using the contact details below. Customers should provide sufficient information to identify the relevant order and explain the issue. GRABZI will review genuine complaints and take reasonable steps to resolve them.
These Terms and Conditions and transactions made through jurabzi.mediann.dev are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between GRABZI and the customer will be handled through the competent authorities, dispute-resolution mechanisms and/or courts having jurisdiction in the Emirate of Sharjah or elsewhere in the UAE as required by applicable law.
GRABZI may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in products, website, payment systems, business operations or applicable requirements. The version published on jurabzi.mediann.dev at the time of a transaction will apply to that transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
GRABZI is operated under the GRABZI brand.
